About this recipe: Cantaloupe and raspberries are blended with yoghurt. This is perfect for when cantaloupe is in season. Try it with any other berry in place of the raspberries!
If you want a vegan smoothie, use soya yoghurt instead. You can also use soft tofu.
Used different ingredients. Excellent flavour! I really like this combination but I couldn't get it to blend without milk (or liquid of some sort). I added 50ml milk PER serving and it was SOOO good! Now if someone can tell me how to get the seeds out it would be a hit with my kids! Maybe next time I will try blending the raspberries first with the milk and then putting them through a strainer. - 15 Sep 2008
Used different ingredients. Absolutely delicious! I doubled the recipe, but I didn't have any raspberries (or any other berries) so I just used the cantaloupe, yoghurt and sugar, and then added 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. My daughter and I both loved it. - 15 Sep 2008
