No bake chocolate hazelnut cheesecake

    If you love chocolate hazelnut spread and cheesecake, this is the recipe for you. This simple no bake cheesecake combines cream cheese, sugar, chocolate hazelnut spread and vanilla extract, which is set on top of a digestive biscuit base.

    Makes: 1 23cm round cheesecake

    • 450g cream cheese, softened
    • 100g caster sugar
    • 375g chocolate hazelnut spread, such as Nutella
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 (23cm) prepared digestive biscuit base

    1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Blend in chocolate hazelnut spread and vanilla until no streaks remain. Pour into the base. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

    Made this again, though used the same recipe and just changed it to a Lemon Cheesecake instead. Worked great, will always be using the recipe x  -  07 Jun 2014


    I have just made this but have tweaked it slightly, instead of digestives as the base i have used shortbread biscuits and instead of nutella i have used the ASDA chosen by you hazelnut spread which is just as nice, have had to put this in the freezer to set quickly, lovely recipe, thank you.  -  14 Feb 2014
