    About this recipe: A wonderfully refreshing sorbet, made with orange juice, peaches and pineapple. Feel free to substitute in any other fruit you prefer. Perfect for a snack or dessert on a summer day.

    Serves: 6 

    • For the Simple Syrup
    • 6 tablespoons caster sugar
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • 3 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
    • 130g pineapple, diced

    1. Make the simple syrup by heating together the water and sugar until dissolved. Set aside to cool
    2. Combine the peaches and orange juice in a food processor; puree until smooth. Add the pineapple; puree again until smooth. Pour the simple syrup into the peach mixture; blend to combine.
    3. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
