About this recipe:T-bone steaks are coated in a Italian seasoned crumb, before being baked to perfection. You can use any cut of steak you prefer. Serve with rice, potatoes or pasta.

120g Italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs
80g Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon garlic granules
125ml olive oil
2 (450g) t-bone steaks

Preheat an oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Lightly grease a grill pan.
Stir the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt and garlic granules together in a shallow dish. Pour the olive oil into a separate shallow dish. Dip the t-bone steaks in the olive oil on both sides; allow excess to drip off. Press the steaks into the breadcrumb mixture and place onto the prepared grill pan.
Bake on the middle rack in the preheated oven until the steaks have cooked to your desired degree of doneness, about 15 minutes for medium. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre should read 60 degrees C for medium.
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
If unavailable, seasoned plain breadcrumbs with a few dried Italian herbs, such as basil, oregano and rosemary.
