T-bone steaks are coated in a Italian seasoned crumb, before being baked to perfection. You can use any cut of steak you prefer. Serve with rice, potatoes or pasta.
If unavailable, seasoned plain breadcrumbs with a few dried Italian herbs, such as basil, oregano and rosemary.
