About this recipe: Try some of this on crusty bread, wheaten bread or crackers. Delicious for summer picnics or nibbles.

Serves: 6 

  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon savoury seasoning
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 160g smoked salmon, flaked

Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:1hr chilling  ›  Ready in:1hr10min 

  1. Stir together all the ingredients except the salmon, until smooth. Gently fold in the flaked salmon until well mixed. Place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
