About this recipe:This vanilla ice cream is super-creamy and packed full of flavour. Eggs are churned together with evaporated milk, double cream, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, vanilla Angel Delight and milk. NOTE: This recipe contains raw eggs.
675ml evaporated milk
235ml double cream
1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk
300g caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100g instant vanilla dessert mix, such as Angel Delight

In large bowl, beat together eggs, evaporated milk, cream, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer. Beat in dessert mix until smooth. Pour into freezer canister of ice cream maker and add enough milk to bring mixture to fill line. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
