About this recipe: This is a super-easy vanilla ice cream recipe, which requires no ice cream machine. Evaporated milk is mixed with whipped cream, vanilla and condensed milk, then frozen.


Serves: 10 

  • 150ml double cream, whipped
  • 350ml evaporated milk
  • 1/2 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  1. Beat whipped cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Pour into a round or rectangular container, seal tightly and place in freezer for 24 hours.
