Summer Fruit Salad

    This is a healthy fruit salad that will get your taste buds tingling, a quick and healthy dessert for all the family

    Serves: 8 

    • 70g strawberries
    • 70g rasberries
    • 1 slice melon
    • 1 apple
    • 100g pomegranate
    • 70g fruit of your choice
    • 500ml apple juice
    • 500ml orange juice

    1. Firstly, wash all the fruit and place in a colander. Then one by one slice and dice the fruit into bite-sized pieces, preferably square.
    2. Place the fruit into a serving bowl and add both cartons of juice (less if you prefer it not to be as watery).
    3. Then mix it all up and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving so that it is chilled


    To make it into a proper dessert add some whipped cream on top just before serving.
