About this recipe: This is a classic banana bread with a few twists. To the unfortunate souls with food allergies and intolerances, this is for you! The deliciously sweet and satisfying loaf is egg-free, dairy-free, soya-free, and wheat-free. It also happens to be vegan and nut-free as well! But I can assure you this doesn't compromise the taste - my non-allergic friends love it!
Instead of coconut, add chopped walnuts or pecans, or bits of dark chocolate.
