Place cream into saucepan and heat gently. Break up chocolate and add to cream. Stir until smooth, prehaps add an extra 20ml of cream depending on texture.
Add pre-chopped liquorice and pepper. Stir until mixture looks like thick melted chocolate. (You can carry on heating until mixture starts bubbling and do this for about 3 minutes and you will get a cool fudgey texture to them!)
Remove from heat and place into a bowl and leave mixture to cool in the fridge.
Remove after about 2-3 hours and mould into balls, these can be eaten like so or covered in icing sugar, cocoa, nuts, etc. Store in the fridge for ideal texture.
