About this recipe: This classic Thai iced tea recipe is very simple to make at home, and nothing compares on a warm summer day. Great to serve at a Thai-themed barbecue party with your favourite satay recipe.


Serves: 1 

  • 2 tablespoons Thai black tea powder
  • 350ml water
  • 50ml condensed sweetened milk (more or less to taste)

Prep:1min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:11min 

  1. Boil the water in a pan. Add the tea to the water and leave to steep with the lid on for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain through a coffee filter. Serve over ice with sweetened condensed milk.
