Use half mayonnaise, half crème fraîche for a lower fat version of this recipe.
while this is a really easy recipe I found it a bit too tangy.....next time I make it I will replace half the mayonnaise with creme fraiche instead and use less salt but more curry powder. - 13 Jul 2011
