Apricot Biscuits

1 person made this

About this recipe: Dried apricots give these moreish biscuits a delightful flavour. These are so simple to make, and if desired you can freeze the logs, then cut off slices from the frozen logs and bake. Simply bake a bit longer if you're baking from frozen.

  • 160g butter
  • 185g caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons marmalade
