In mixing bowl, combine soured cream, butter, soup and cheese.
In casserole dish lay 2 layers of hash brown potatoes and pour soured cream mixture evenly over hash browns.
Bake at 170 C / Gas 3 until the top of the mixture bubbles and is slightly brown, approximately 25 minutes. Serve warm.
