Used different ingredients. I made this to go with Fajitas and my family loved it. I did add a little bit of Chilli Powder and some chopped Garlic. It was quick and easy. - 24 Jul 2008

Tangy and delicicous! Used to baste prawns skewers, added depth to the finished prawns - will make again! - 24 Jul 2008

This went fantastic over barbecued fish and chicken. I made a whole chicken, rubbing this butter under the skin. Really brought out the flavour. I took someone's earlier suggestions of adding minced garlic to this too. - 24 Jul 2008
