175g frozen sweetcorn
1 small onion, chopped
125ml mild taco sauce
250g jalapeños chillies, diced
1 jar sliced black olives
250g grated Cheddar cheese

Brown mince in a large nonstick frying pan over medium high heat, stirring to separate. Drain and discard fat, then spoon into slow cooker.
Add sweetcorn, onion, salsa, taco sauce, jalapenos and olives to slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on Low 2 to 4 hours.
Just before serving, stir in cheese. serve with chips and soured cream.
