    A deliciously quick and easy Indian yoghurt sauce. It's made by combining yoghurt with mint and lemon juice. Enjoy as a dipping sauce or serve alongside anything spicy to cool the palate.

    • 125g plain yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
