    About this recipe: This dessert is well-flavoured and mega-creamy. Choose any flavoured jelly to make this incredibly easy ice-cream. You will need an ice cream maker for this recipe.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 1 (135g) packet jelly, any flavour you prefer, sliced into cubes
    • 100ml milk
    • 1 teaspoon glucose or icing sugar
    • 400g ready-made custard
    • 300ml double cream

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:45min freezing  ›  Ready in:1hr 

    1. Place jelly and glucose in a saucepan with milk. Heat and stir until jelly is fully dissolved. Cool saucepan in cold water.
    2. Place custard, cream and dissolved jelly in an ice cream maker. Churn until stiff. Eat soft or freeze.
