A super-easy, but delectable dessert. Marshmallows are soaked in pineapple juice, then served with whipped cream and pineapple. If you're strapped for time, you can skip the soaking of the marshmallows.

1 (200g) packet marshmallows
1 (425g) tin pineapple chunks
300ml double cream, whipped

In a large bowl, add chopped marshmallows and pineapple chunks (including juice). Leave to soak for a few hours (or overnight).
Before serving, add the whipped cream to the bowl. Stir well and enjoy.
