About this recipe:This is a healthy, fast and delicious breakfast that a friend of mine invented when we had no bread or cereal in the house, and we've all been hooked on it since! You can use whatever fruit and flavour of yoghurt you want, anything goes - my personal favourite is made with apple and banana with coconut yoghurt.
2-3 pieces of fruit, depending on the size (eg 1 apple and 1 banana)
1 carton of yoghurt

Chop the fruit into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
Sprinkle oatbran over the fruit, as much or as little as you want.
Drizzle a little honey over the fruit at this point, if you want to sweeten it.
