This is a hearty soup that's super-easy to make. Split peas are simmered with carrots and celery in a curry-seasoned stock. Simple and extremely yummy!

Ingredients
Serves: 4
190g dried split peas
1 litre water
2 carrots, diced
2 sticks celery, diced
1 tablespoon chicken or vegetable stock granules
1 teaspoon curry powder
Method Prep:5min › Cook:30min › Ready in:35min
Place all ingredients in a large heavy bottomed saucepan. Bring to the boil.
Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and liquidise with a hand blender until smooth.
