Mini M&M Cookies

    These dainty butter cookies are simple to make and taste fantastic. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee. The cookies and cookie dough are freezer friendly.

    Serves: 20 

    • 500g butter
    • 250g caster sugar
    • 1 (397g) tin sweetened condensed milk
    • 625g self-raising flour, sifted
    • 500g mini chocolate M&Ms

    Prep:30min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease and line 4 baking trays.
    2. Cream together the butter, sugar and condensed milk until light and creamy.
    3. Add flour and mix until well combined, then stir in M&M's.
    4. Using 1 tablespoon mixture at a time, roll into balls.
    5. Place balls onto prepared trays and flatten slightly with a fork, leaving lots of room for spreading
    6. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until lightly golden.
    7. Let cool on trays for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to fully cool.
