Herbed mayonnaise

    There's nothing quite like homemade mayonnaise. It's creamy, thick and delicious. Use as a salad dressing, sandwich spread or even a dip!

    Serves: 12 

    • 2 egg yolks
    • 3 tablespoons oil
    • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    • 1 tablespoon chopped thyme

    1. Beat egg yolks. Gradually add the oil whilst continuously beating.
    2. When oil is fully incorporated, stir in parsley and thyme. Serve.
