About this recipe: A deliciously sweet and fruity cocktail, made with fresh mangoes, rum, Cointreau, lime juice and ice. It's the perfect summer drink to enjoy all year long.


Serves: 6 

  • 4 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 350ml white rum
  • 125ml Cointreau
  • 75ml lime juice
  • 2 cupfuls crushed ice
  • glace cherries to serve
  • orange slices to serve

  1. Place mangoes, rum, Cointreau, lime juice and ice into a liquidiser. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into frosted glasses. Stick glace cherry and slice of orange onto a cocktail stick; slide into each glass.
