This is a fantastic Mexican style dip, which goes well with tortilla chips. It's also great as a sandwich spread, served with fajitas or burritos.
This a creamy and fresh topping for your fajitas or even as a sandwich, but unfortunately as written it was too liquid. I ended up adding the whole avocado in the end. I suggest using 2 tsps of sour cream and sauce per avocado for a thicker consistency. Also, in this way the avocado flavor is more evident. Thank you for the recipe. - 03 Dec 2015
