Honey, Oat and Tahini Cookies

About this recipe: These fantastic cookies are dairy and gluten free! It takes just five ingredients to make these delicious treats. Enjoy as a snack or with a cuppa.

Ingredients

Serves: 10 

  • 6 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 265g honey
  • 60g sunflower seeds
  • 125g porridge oats

Method

Prep:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Preheat oven to 160 C / Gas 2 1/2. Line baking tray with baking parchment.
  2. Stir tahini, salt and honey together until well blended.
  3. Stir in seeds and oats. Drop by teaspoons onto prepared baking tray.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until browned. Turn onto wire rack and cool. Store in an air-tight container.
