Honey, Oat and Tahini Cookies

These fantastic cookies are dairy and gluten free! It takes just five ingredients to make these delicious treats. Enjoy as a snack or with a cuppa.
6 tablespoons tahini
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
60g sunflower seeds
125g porridge oats
- Preheat oven to 160 C / Gas 2 1/2. Line baking tray with baking parchment.
- Stir tahini, salt and honey together until well blended.
- Stir in seeds and oats. Drop by teaspoons onto prepared baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until browned. Turn onto wire rack and cool. Store in an air-tight container.
