About this recipe: This delicious salad is hearty and easy to make. Spinach is topped with pan-fried steak, sauteed mushrooms, avocado, egg and Parmesan cheese.


Serves: 1 

  • 100g spinach, washed
  • 1/2 avocado, cut into chunks
  • 100g beef sandwich steak, marinated as desired and sliced
  • 1/2 clove garlic, finely diced
  • white mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, halved
  • shaved Parmesan cheese
  • For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  1. Saute mushrooms and garlic in a pan until mushrooms are brown. Season with salt.
  2. Add beef and cook to the desired doneness. Take off heat and immediately serve on a bed of spinach. The heat will wilt some of the spinach.
  3. Top with avocado, hard-boiled egg and Parmesan. Drizzle dressing over and enjoy!
