1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 heaped teaspoon mustard
3 cloves garlic, crushed

Mix all ingredients together and place in a resealable plastic bag with the beef joint. Let marinate for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight. Remove joint from marinade, saving any excess. Roast joint as usual. Add remaining marinade to pan juices when making gravy.
