    About this recipe: This marinade is quick and easy to make. It does best with beef joints, complementing the meat extremely well. Try it for your next Sunday lunch.

    Serves: 4 

    • 250g tomato ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 heaped teaspoon mustard
    • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

    1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a resealable plastic bag with the beef joint. Let marinate for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight. Remove joint from marinade, saving any excess. Roast joint as usual. Add remaining marinade to pan juices when making gravy.
