Marinade for Roast Beef

    This marinade is quick and easy to make. It does best with beef joints, complementing the meat extremely well. Try it for your next Sunday lunch.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 250g tomato ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 heaped teaspoon mustard
    • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

    Method

    1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a resealable plastic bag with the beef joint. Let marinate for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight. Remove joint from marinade, saving any excess. Roast joint as usual. Add remaining marinade to pan juices when making gravy.
