About this recipe:This is a Mediterranean sauce, like a thick mayonnaise. It's a combination of chilli pepper, garlic, olive oil, egg yolks and breadcrumbs and can be used to thicken seafood soups or to top grilled fish.

3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 egg yolks
250ml olive oil
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Place chilli pepper and garlic in the bowl of a food processor. Blend well. Add the egg yolks and continue to blend while gradually adding the olive oil. Add breadcrumbs and pulse until well mixed. Season to taste with salt.
