Grease a small oven-safe dish or two ramekins.
Tear the sandwiches into small pieces and arrange in the prepared dish.
Mix eggs and milk together with a fork (add sugar if desired).
Pour egg and milk mixture over sandwiches.
Bake at 150 C / Gas 2 or 45 mins or until set.
Before baking, sprinkle on cinnamon or mixed spice for sweet or grated cheese for savoury
