Herb and Onion Stuffing

    This stuffing is simple and quick and easy to make. Enjoy as is or use to stuff a chicken or turkey. It also makes a great sandwich filler with roast chicken and cranberry sauce.

    Serves: 4 

    • 100g butter
    • 1 large onion, grated
    • 250g fresh breadcrumbs
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 pinch mixed dried herbs or sage

    1. Saute the onion in the butter until translucent. Stir in the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, sugar and mixed herbs. Heat through and serve.
