About this recipe: This is a traditional Scottish dessert. It's made by folding whisky, honey, fresh raspberries and toasted oatmeal into lightly whipped cream. Enjoy throughout the summer.


Serves: 4 

  • 275ml double cream
  • 1 tablespoon whisky
  • 2 tablespoons clear honey
  • 250g raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal

Prep:15min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Toast the oatmeal in a frying pan over low heat. Let cool.
  2. Lightly whip the cream, then fold in the honey, whisky, oatmeal and raspberries.
  3. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.


If your local supermarket doesn't stock oatmeal, simply blitz some porridge oats in a food processor until finely ground.
