This is a great dish to make on a weeknight. It's simple, quick and delicious. Chicken is microwaved with carrots, onions and potatoes in a seasoned chicken stock. Enjoy with fresh crusty bread.
Very quick and easy to cook. I divided the recipe in half for 2 people and cooked for 20 minutes then added some cornflower to thicken and a couple of tablespoons of Oyster sauce then cooked for a further 5 minutes without the lid.
