This salad has the perfect combination of flavours and textures. Smoked chicken breast, peaches, macadamia nuts, spinach and Parmesan are tossed in a balsamic-honey dressing. It's quick and easy to make and tastes fantastic.
If your local supermarket doesn't stock smoked chicken breast, you can find it in speciality butchers or online.
