by I'm nuts too...

Used different ingredients. This would be a 10 star. I make 1-2 times a week, everyone loves it. I do not use any water, use ginger instead of cardamom, and use vanilla yoghurt. I double and it is gone in a few hours. Thank you for a brilliant recipe. - 24 Jul 2008

what a spot on recipe. we have a pyo place close by and it's a favourite when the seasonal glut is on us. the lollies are great for the children, they seem to enjoy them more than just drinking it. i love it how ever it comes my way, totally delicious and totally refreshing x - 20 May 2012

Absolutely delightful. You might want to add extra yoghurt, though, to give it a thicker consistency. - 24 Jul 2008
