450g (16 oz) low fat natural yoghurt
100ml (4 fl oz) orange juice
100g (4 oz) caster sugar
100ml (4 fl oz) water
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

In a blender, combine the strawberries, yoghurt, orange juice, sugar, water and cardamom. Purée until well mixed. Chill and serve.

This would be a 10 star. I make 1-2 times a week, everyone loves it. I do not use any water, use ginger instead of cardamom, and use vanilla yoghurt. I double and it is gone in a few hours. Thank you for a brilliant recipe. - 24 Jul 2008
what a spot on recipe. we have a pyo place close by and it's a favourite when the seasonal glut is on us. the lollies are great for the children, they seem to enjoy them more than just drinking it. i love it how ever it comes my way, totally delicious and totally refreshing x - 20 May 2012
