This is a quick and easy Chinese-inspired chicken dish. Chicken is pan-fried with chopped omelette in a soy sauce and oyster sauce mix. Serve with white rice, if desired.

Very nice recipe thank you. I added three sliced shallots and a handful of chopped basil about 2 minutes before serving. Fabulous.
