About this recipe:
This non-alcoholic fruit punch is the perfect summer quencher. Tropical fruit juice is combined with ginger ale, orange juice, apricot juice, fruit and mint.
2 litres tropical fruit juice
2.5 litres dry ginger ale
2 litres orange juice
1 litre apricot juice
2 (400g) tins tropical fruit salad /cocktail in juice
250g fresh strawberries, hulled and cut into small pieces
1 bunch fresh mint, leaves finely sliced
3 cupfuls ice
- Stir together the tropical fruit juice, ginger ale, orange juice and apricot juice in a large bowl. Stir in fruit salad, strawberries, mint and ice. Chill for 90 minutes before serving.
