BBQ Tofu Steaks

    50 min

This is a great vegetarian alternative at barbecues. Sliced tofu is marinated in a Chinese-style sauce, then barbecued to perfection. Enjoy as is or in a burger bun.

As is so often the case when I make tofu, the taste was nice but the texture really let it down. I'd use the marinade in other meals, but one solid slice of tofu is just too much for me to handle!  -  05 Jul 2012
