    About this recipe: This vegan-friendly smoothie is made purely out of fruit. Pineapple, orange juice, banana and passion fruit pulp are blitzed together until smooth. It's the perfect healthy drink for the summer.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1/2 medium pineapple, cut into chunks
    • 2 oranges, juiced
    • 1 banana
    • 1 large passion fruit, seeds scooped out
    • ice, as needed

    Method

    1. Place the pineapple, orange juice, banana and passion fruit pulp into a liquidiser.
    2. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a little water to reach the desired consistency.
    3. Serve in large glasses over ice.
