lettuce greens of your choice, torn into bite-size pieces
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into matchsticks
2 tomatoes, sliced in half
For the Dressing
olive oil to taste
balsamic vinegar to taste
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh oregano

Steam sweet potatoes until barely done. Grill tomatoes until warmed through. Chop tomatoes into quarters.
Make the dressing by shaking together equal parts of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add garlic and oregano and shake until well incorportated.
Toss salad greens and sweet potatoes in salad dressing, then top with grilled tomatoes, serve.
