About this recipe:This is a trifle with a difference! Swiss roll slices are drizzled with port, then used to line a glass bowl. It's then filled with custard, jelly and berries, before being topped with more swiss roll slices, whipped cream, jelly and berries. Enjoy this red and green festive treat during Christmastime.
1 (135g) box lime tablet jelly, broken into cubes
1-2 small Swiss rolls, depending on size of bowl
Port wine as needed
500g frozen mixed berries
575g prepared custard
whipped cream as needed

Make jelly according to instructions and set overnight.
Slice Swiss rolls, drizzle with Port and line a large glass bowl (including the sides). Put spoonfuls of jelly, berries and custard into the hollow and top with a few more Swiss roll slices.
Pile whipped cream on top and dollop more berries and jelly. Enjoy!
