Used different ingredients. I didn't have any plum jam, mustard or curry powder so I made a sauce out of soy sauce, tomato ketchup, BBQ sauce and some sugar. Worked well! - 08 Dec 2010
Made this last night and was absolutely beautiful. My kids loved it too. I would suggest it would serve 6. As a 6 serving meal I did the math and it works out about 5 points per serving or 30 1/2 points for the whole meatloaf if you are doing weight watchers.
