    This is a smoothie featuring a vast variety of fruits. If you do not like the food listed, substitute it with another fruit. Good luck!

    Serves: 10 

    • 1/4 pineapple
    • 1 apple
    • 1 pear (optional)
    • 7 strawberries
    • 10 raspberries
    • 10 grapes
    • 170g yoghurt
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 5 ice cubes

    Prep:30min  ›  Extra time:10min cooling  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Cut the pineapple, apple, pear and strawberries into small chunks, about the size of a grape.
    2. Put all the fruit into the blender, followed by the remaining ingredients. Note: If all food does not fit into blender at one time, simply split the load in half, and use the blender twice.
    3. Pour into glasses, serves approximately 10, but may vary on your preferred choice of quantity.


    The fruit is just an example; vary them each time to discover your true favourite.
