About this recipe:
This is a smoothie featuring a vast variety of fruits. If you do not like the food listed, substitute it with another fruit. Good luck!
1 pear (optional)
2 tablespoons honey
5 ice cubes

- Cut the pineapple, apple, pear and strawberries into small chunks, about the size of a grape.
- Put all the fruit into the blender, followed by the remaining ingredients. Note: If all food does not fit into blender at one time, simply split the load in half, and use the blender twice.
- Pour into glasses, serves approximately 10, but may vary on your preferred choice of quantity.
The fruit is just an example; vary them each time to discover your true favourite.
