225g cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons caster sugar
225g whipped cream
1 (23cm) prepared digestive biscuit base

In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream. Spoon over the prepared base. Refrigerate 3 hours, or until set.
