Creamy layered vegetable dip

    This intriguing dip is made with layers of cream cheese, seafood sauce, avocado, tomato, green pepper, spring onions, black olives and grated Cheddar cheese. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

    Serves: 32 

    • 225g cream cheese, softened
    • 3 tablespoons milk
    • 250ml seafood sauce
    • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
    • 1 tomato, chopped
    • 1 green pepper, chopped
    • 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
    • 30g black olives, chopped
    • 225g Cheddar cheese, grated

    1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and milk until smooth. Spread onto a large, round serving dish. Layer with seafood sauce. Top with avocado. Layer with tomato, green pepper, spring onions and black olives. Sprinkle with cheese. Chill in the fridge 1 hour or until firm.
