    About this recipe: A wonderful dip made with healthy edamame, or soya beans. Edamame, onion, coriander, avocado, lemon juice and chilli sauce are combined to make this delicious dish.

    Serves: 6 

    • 175g shelled edamame (green soya beans)
    • 1/2 onion, chopped
    • 25g fresh coriander
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 large avocado, peeled and stone removed
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Place the edamame, onion, coriander and olive oil into a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Add the avocado, lemon juice and chilli sauce; season to taste with salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
