About this recipe:A margarita with a twist. Tequila, lime cordial, triple sec, ice and bananas are pulsed together in a liquidiser, until well blended. The banana flavour complements the cocktail very well.
175ml lime cordial, frozen
115ml triple sec liqueur
6 cupfuls ice
4 tablespoon coarse granulated sugar

Sugar the rims of 4 large margarita glasses. To do so, pour sugar onto a small plate, moisten the rims of the glasses on a damp towel and press them into the sugar.
In a liquidiser, combine tequila, lime cordial, triple sec and ice. Blend until smooth. Add bananas and blend again until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
