- 100ml (4 fl oz) vegetable oil
- 100ml (4 fl oz) red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
