A mild and smooth cheese and broccoli soup. Broccoli is cooked with chicken stock, water, single cream and Cheddar cheese. Serve with fresh, crusty bread.

Fried a small onion off at the start as I didn't have onion flakes; worked just as well. Had a bit of trouble with the flour being mixed in (I'm a bit useless, so will mix with some of the water before adding next time to make a paste) Boyfriend and I absolutely loved it - will definitely make again! - 07 Nov 2013
Quick and easy and very tasty! I used leek instead of onion and gave it a quick blitz at the end. Surprisingly, it's not sickly but thick and tasty. Great! - 21 Oct 2013
