    About this recipe: A vegan friendly coleslaw! Chopped cabbage is tossed with diced tomato, orange juice, lime juice and seasoned. It's a great, light and healthy alternative to traditional coleslaw.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 150g cabbage, finely chopped
    • 1 small tomato, diced
    • 125ml fresh orange juice
    • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Toss the cabbage and tomato together in a bowl. Pour the orange and lime juices over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper; stir.
